→ Best Shiraz
From Barossa Valley, possibly Australia's most famous wine region for full-bodied red wines, the 2007 Thorn-Clarke Shotfire Shiraz has a deep red color and a nose of sweet berry fruits and smoky red pepper. On the palate, it is full-bodied, rich and soft, leaving spicy and earthy flavors on the finish. Try this hearty wine with Short Ribs Provençale. And learn more about our Third "Guess the Wine" tasting party, or check our other tasting reports.
