"Aromas: mineral; Acidity: lively; Sweetness: dry; Light golden color beautiful! light bodied for a chard. (Not quite big enough for chicken pot pie.
Nose (light) peach
taste slight butter, tart grapefruit, almost zesty
Love it! Light oak, nice balance (Structure) a nice summer chard, light enough for shellfish (Scallops, crab)mineral finish. Cream dishes are too heavy for this wine."
