"The 2007 is again about two-thirds Cabernet and one-third Shiraz and again has the same fruit source as ‘The Sig’. Perhaps a debate for another day but why aren't more companies producing this quintessential Australian style as this really is the ducks guts. A teeth staining deep purple the leaf and dark chocolate. While the ripeness of the generous fruit is evident the savouriness kicks in right on cue, the flavour lasting in the mouth many moments after the wine has disappeared. Just like the previous 2006 vintage the head says drink it over the next decade though the mouth says breathe it for an hour and drink this excellent wine now. Drink: Now-2018; "
