"Color: evolved; Nose: complex; Aromas: citrus fruit; Acidity: lively; Sweetness: medium dry; Body: medium-bodied; Finish: persistent; Overall: elegant; vis: pale straw no bubbs. legs few and slow. Clear.Nose :sweet citrus. alittle barnyardy
Taste: very balanced (like a laser) no heat but sharp and intense on back end. go acidity on the finish. can taste citrus: grapefruit, lemon. some butter. raw asprgus. finish under a minute."
