"The aroma is alive with strawberries, cherries, violets and just a hint of the gamey character that Pinot is renowned for. The palate is medium weight, with spicy, dusty oak and excellent, sweet fruit taste. Supple tannins and integrated oak give a long, smooth, silky mouthfeel. Match this one up with duck."
