"Color: deep; Nose: discreet; Acidity: supple; Sweetness: dry; Body: firm; Finish: persistent; Overall: rich; A bit green tasting upon opening; air and chocolate or cheese complemented the still robust tannins, smoothing the wine and making both the food and wine taste amazing. Not a sipping wine; must have food."
