94 points "#1 in The Big Red Wine Book (2009/2010) Top 100 Reds Under $20 Yalumba has a long history of making fine cabernet-shiraz blends, and this new wine is an excellent addition. It's 63% cabernet sauvignon with the remainder shiraz. A beautiful example of this classic blend. It has power and structure, an enormous amount of length, and terrific, supple texture. It shows perfectly how well cabernet sauvignon and shiraz complement each other. Savoury, dusty, curranty and pure. This would make an excellent choice for the cellar. Drink: 2011-2016.
