"This year’s release is from Tumbarumba again, usually the scene of Bin 311?s best releases. This doesn’t go on sale until March 1.
True to form it’s a gorgeous wine. Funky, slatey, lemony, pear-like and intense. Barrel fermented and matured in old oak. Great length. Acidic, lean, long, penetrating style on the palate but wild and toasty on the nose. Outstanding. As good as any 311 yet.
