"A blend of tinta roriz, touriga Francesca and touriga nacional, 70% from grapes of Qunta do Noval, Pinhao and 30% "A" quality grapes from this estate's traditional suppliers in the heart of the Duoro Valley. The grapes were trodden by foot and fermented in the traditional lagares of the Quinta, where a disciplined and intense treading (there is little obesity or lethargy among these guys) is fundamental to a good result. And what a result were talking about in this case: a ripe, lively nose and a packed mouthful of fresh red fruit on the palate. Enjoy with dessert, or better yet, as dessert. "
