92 points "Color: evolved; Aromas: floral, herbal, spicy, woody, sweet, citrus fruit, tropical fruit, tree fruit, red berry; Acidity: supple; Sweetness: dry; Body: medium-bodied; Finish: medium; Overall: pleasant; Beginning to soften with age, the color has evolved a bit but still has bright edges and a nose of tart red berries. Cranberry, tart strawberry and a touch of menthol melt into a lingering, soft and floral finish. Karen "still likes it a lot"." Best 2015-2017

95 points "Robert Parker's Wine Advocate—95 Points: A deceptively medium-bodied wine, the 2009 Pinot Noir Mills Vineyard possesses stunning balance of fruit, acidity and structure, along with superb integration of the whole clusters. There is a mid-palate pliancy and richness to the 2009 that is simply breathtaking. The Mills is all about elegance. Hints of pine, menthol and chalk linger in the empty glass. Anticipated maturity: 2012-2024." Best 2012-2020
