"A wine with a great history (the 1971 is still superb) and a testament to the synergy of the cabernet malbec blend in the Clare Valley; spends 18 months in French and American oak. Blackcurrant and plum aromas are matched by the generous, mouth filling mid-palate sweet fruit of the malbec; the cabernet adds authority to the finish."
