"Intense and with much complexity, this elegant Pinot Noir offers strawberries, red cherries and a hint of orange peel on the nose and a sweet front palate, broad mouth-feel with strong but soft tannins and long aftertaste. This 100% Pinot Noir comes from estate vineyards located in the recently discovered Leyda Valley, located 14 Km from the Pacific Ocean. Its closeness to the sea makes it a unique spot for viticulture. Its cool conditions during spring and summer due to maritime influence and summer breezes make it an extraordinary area for the development of the Burgundian varieties, chardonnay and pinot noir. In case you were under the impression that no top-flight Pinot Noir was produced in Chile, Leyda's amazing Pinot Noir vineyards, under rigorous vineyard management, yield only 1.4 to 1.8 tons per acre! Just 112 cases imported."

3.5 stars "Attractive nose with fruity and spicy aromas. On the palate, well balanced with some fresh acidity. Quite enjoyable to drink"
