"Color: bright; Nose: fragrant; Aromas: buttery, citrus fruit; Acidity: lively; Sweetness: medium dry; Body: full-bodied; Finish: persistent; Overall: well balanced; Bright honey yellow color. Vanilla on the nose, hints of butter, vanilla, caramel or butterscotch, perhaps some slight citrus on the palate. Well-balanced, with bright acidity to counter the buttery-ness. Smooth and delicious. Perfect with the citrus and fish."
