"This rich, dark, smooth flavoursome Cabernet Sauvignon is no exception. The nose offers up complex blackcurrant and blackberry spice fruit with just the right amount of toasted French oak. The palate shows wonderful dark fruit, violets and subtle cigar character flavours, exceptional depth, weight and complexity. Fine tannins and good acids lead to a long, smooth finish. For a stunning food match try a classic, slow roasted lamb shank stew. Perfect!"
