"Color: bright; Nose: intense; Aromas: citrus fruit; Acidity: crisp; Sweetness: dry; Body: medium-bodied; Finish: medium; Overall: well balanced; Despite the bottle age, this was crisp and fresh, with definite citrus aromas on the nose, and lemon & lime mix on the palate.
The gammon steaks has a mango & pineapple salsa, and the wine coped with the richness beautifully. A class wine that would do well with full flavoured fish."
