"Color: bright; Nose: fragrant; Aromas: floral; Acidity: crisp; Sweetness: medium dry; Body: light-bodied; Finish: medium; Overall: pleasant; Not a big white drinker, but I wanted to start trying some when the food called for it. Pleasant apple & citrus flavors. Went very well with the dish."

WS: On the blue slate soil, this gives a lively minerality to the wine, along with a delicate and crisp acidity that perfectly balances the bright white peach and lemon fruit. This sweet Riesling is an amazing find; drink this now or let it sit for some time and really see this wines potential come forward. Coming from the Blue Slate region it delivers a nice mineral flavor which balances well with the crisp clean finish. Fruit flavors consisting of peach and nectar jump out and entice the palate to search for more flavors.
