"Intense and concentrated, with a vibrant medley of dark fruits built around currant, blackberry and wild berry fruit that offers a unique flavor profile. Excellent acidity and firm, vibrant tannins on the finish. Still, the flavors are persistent. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec and Cabernet Franc. 6,000 cases made."

"THis was very enjoyable, it should be drunk now. There is no discernable tannin evident, the secondary flavors are very minimal, some fruit still there. Not over the hill, but getting there."

"Marlstone is smooth and balanced, with intense, concentrated fruit and aromas of cherry, cedar, tobacco and black olives. Enjoyable upon release, Marlstone can be further aged for up to 15 years after release, developing the rich complexity of a truly collectible wine."
