The 2005 "Pagan" Shiraz is purple/opaque with a super-fragrant Amarone-style perfume with notes of Allspice, licorice, blackberry, and blueberry. Ultra intense, sweet, yet dry, this big, structured, lengthy wine promises to evolve for a decade and last through 2035. It is a tour de force in winemaking. Total production is 340 cases, 25 of which will make it to the USA.""
