100% Tempranillo, aged in oak for 1 year and in its bottle for 2 years. A more modern style of Rioja with a wonderful deep and intense colour. The blackberry and raspberry fruit aromas are typical of the Tempranillo grape while the liquorice, clove and vanilla hints come from its time in oak. In the mouth the wine is smooth, round, well-balanced and full-bodied with a pleasingly long finish."
