"Very light rose color in the glass, nicely-balanced, refreshing without being sweet. 90/91 points. For the money, this is excellent "champagne"."

"2010 rating: Fresh and full of fruit, displaying aromas of red apple, raspberry and vanilla. Creamy yet crisp citrus flavors finish with a touch of yeasty bread. Drink now through 2012. 7,406 cases made. –TF"

"Schramsberg's Mirabelle is a lively, multi-vintage blend of chardonnay and pinot noir from the winery's cool-climate vineyards in the Carneros, the Anderson Valley, Sonoma and Marin. Its explosive bouquet is redolent of watermelon Jolly Ranchers, Twizzlers, wild strawberries and framboise notes. The aromatics lose their candied quality and carry over to the palate, with youthful tart red fruit flavors. There's also a hint of brioche and exotic vanilla flavors to round out this lovely sparkler.
