"The top bottled red is the 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon The Rocks. This beautiful, full-bodied wine from a vineyard near St. Helena in Napa Valley exhibits a dark ruby/purple color and sweet, chocolatey, cassis flavors intermixed with cedarwood and roasted herbs. This ink-colored wine is dense, rich, yet beautifully balanced with ripe tannin. This wine should last for 15-20 years at the minimum.
