"The wine has a beautiful deep purple colour with a bright crimson hue. On the nose and the palate the wine exhibits sweet peppermint characters with hints of chocolate, plum pudding and liquorice. The palate is rich, full bodied and beautifully structured with a wonderful balance of Cabernet tannins and structure filled out with spicy, plush Shiraz fruit. An excellent example of the sum being greater than the parts - with finding the best characters from each variety and region."
