"Coming from the cool Adelaide Hills region, the grapes are harvested at night and bunch pressed before being fermented at a low temperature. The blend includes 5% Riesling, apparently Jonathan Maltus's signature for his Australian white wines. The fermentation is carefully controlled to maximise fruit and freshness, and bottled early to ensure crispness. A lovely, zesty, grassy nose with ripe citrus fruits, it's really crisp and clean with good palate weight. Dry, green and crisp, with grass and citrus fruits, not overpowering or overtly tropical in style. Clean and pure flavours throughout, varietal, fresh and vibrant on the finish. A more subtle style of Sauvignon Blanc that is also very drinkable. "
