"Color: pale; Nose: fragrant; Sweetness: medium dry; Body: light-bodied; Finish: medium; Overall: pleasant; Slightly restrained, herby nose. Very good fruit/acidity balance, able to cope with the lemon marinade very well. As a "house riesling" this is very nice indeed, but without any distinct feeling of terroir."
