"Color: dark; Nose: complex; Aromas: mineral, herbal, black berry; Acidity: lively; Sweetness: dry; Body: full-bodied; Finish: persistent; Overall: well balanced; The nose is very similar to that of a Cotes Du Rhone. Hints of caramel and veggies upon first pour. Tannic at first with lots of blackberies and creme on the palate. After decanting for an hour, the wine truly opened up with a nice persistent finish. Might be the best QPR wine I had."
