"July 2007 - 2010
Intense nose. Wet dusty earth, beginning of rainstorm, bakers chocolate. Whiff of peppermint candy, explosion of bright fruit and spice on palate. Lovely teture and acidity with whallop of smoky plum jam, ending with gingerbread and honey finish. Very complex. aging power."
