"Color: pale; Nose: fragrant; Sweetness: dry; Body: light-bodied; Finish: medium; Overall: well balanced; Pale, as one would expect of an Alsace Pinot. Touch of strawberry leaf on the palate. Quite firm, but with pleasant depth of fruit. Coped well with slightly spicy lamb chops, and with soft cheese."
