"Saturated, glass-staining violet. Blackberry, tobacco and black toffee on the nose, with hints of
graphite, iron, star anise and violet pastille. Nicely focused flavors of dark berries, plum, candied licorice and
flowers. This has depth and concentration to burn but is not at all heavy. In fact, there's an elegance here that's
utterly compelling. Endlessly sweet on the finish, with all sorts of spice and mineral notes sneaking in to add
more interest. You need to squeegee this off your palate, but why would you?
