"Color: deep; Nose: discreet; Acidity: crisp; Sweetness: medium dry; Body: medium-bodied; Finish: medium; Overall: pleasant; decanted 30mins,
Wonderfully fruity nose, very good acidity, nice tannic grip, and just an all around pleasure to drink
after 2 hours decanted
wine has opened up, allowing more flavours to escape, acidity and tannics calmed down a little, more pleasant to drink. "
