"A small production Zin (only 640 cases) from the biodynamcially farmed Black Sears vineyard high up on Howell Mountain. This is fantastically complex--more than just big, jammy fruit--with rose petal and lilac scents that blend seamlessly with the raspberry fruit on the nose. Turns of black and white pepper add kick to the black-fruited palate, which is complemented, not overpowered, by hints of clove, cinnamon and vanilla."
