"Color: deep; Aromas: floral, spicy, black berry; Sweetness: dry; Finish: medium; Good color, easy drinking. Nice, simple nose with a crisp acid finish. Body improved significantly with about an hour of breathing. Lends itself well to a variety of red meat dishes."
