"Color: deep; Nose: complex; Aromas: spicy, red berry; Acidity: supple; Sweetness: dry; Body: full-bodied; Finish: persistent; Overall: elegant; In the glass, the wine smells of an elegant blend of mocha and anise. Berry fruit with a subtle mix of viognier on the palate and judicious oaking give it a pleasing taste with a lingering finish. Should improve for another five years."
