" This is a single vineyard (Francville) Cabernet Franc with a gorgeous ripe nose, balanced black raspberry and cassis fruits, and soft oak. It's smooth and elegant, with a seductive palate of pure ripe fruits and a soft, almost rose petal texture. Never over the top, and certainly not lacking in substance, this is a beautiful example of this noble grape. Drink this like you would a Cab Sauv, try it with grilled lamb chops, or a roast game hen."
