"Good colour for age; Yalumba moved before the heatwave in picking its best grapes; this is a powerful, full-bodied wine with black fruits, licorice and tannins (plus oak) all clamouring to be heard. A different vintage, to be sure, but doesn't have the finesse of the FDR1A. Both wines deserved better quality corks."
