"This wine is the first single release from the company’s Cocoparra vineyard which is fully automated and uses regulated deficit irrigation to create fruit of superlative quality and intensity. A deep red colour with rich, black cherry and plum fruit on the nose and hints of smoky oak. An intense, stylish wine with an impressive length of spice and plum fruit flavours complexed by American oak maturation. Serve with Beef Wellington, char-grilled meats, casseroles, pasta with bolognaise sauce and robust cheeses. "
