"What a decadent, fruit-driven St.-Emilion! From a proprietor who delivers the goods in an upfront, gorgeously luscious, hedonistic manner, this lovely fruit-bomb reveals a dense purple color, a perfumed nose of sweet black cherries and black currants, incense, roasted herbs, and oak. Fleshy, full-bodied, and more structured than previous vintages (because of the vintage character), it is a hedonistic sleeper of the vintage that can be drunk now or cellared for 12-15 years."
