Grapes: Sangiovese
Description: An incredibly small production from another top producer - up to 8500 bottles of both Brunello and Rosso, but this is no small wine, for it is richly-fruity with black berries to the front, and the right amount of acidity and balance. Rosso is the forgotten wines of Tuscany - unjustly for they are produced with the same grape selection as Brunello and represent excellent value for money.
