"The Tillerman White is a proprietary blend of three varietals made from estate grapes. The idea is to create, vintage in and vintage out, a wine of consistent flavor profile. For that reason the composition of the blend will certainly change. However, the dedication to creating a fruit-forward, crisp, expressive wine means that the 100% stainless steel/cold fermentation technique that led to this bottling will remain in place. 13.8%, 2,400 CASES.

"Light straw color, aromatic nose of ripe apple, pear, and white peach. On the palate, dry, round, with a refreshing vivacity, some honey and light spices on the finish. Overall, thoroughly pleasant wine, perfect for a relaxed sipping. Try it with a appetizer of lavosh bread, hummus, and olives."
