The third release of Mi Sueño Cellars’ Cabernet Sauvignon is their best effort to date. Indicative of the terroire of the Coombsville area of Napa, this wine exhibits characteristics of currants, chocolate, licorice, with an unmistakable earthiness. With big, ripe, chewy tannins this wine is delightful now, but can be aged for 10-15 years if desired. Subtle oak complements the richness of this wine and its full body and intense deep purple color are memorable. This wine is sure to please even the most scrupulous Cabernet drinker.
