" Sourced from La Kuras Vineyard in the Rapel Valley of central Chile, this bracing Sauvignon Blanc (with 10% Semillon) is fermented in stainless steel tanks followed by four months of aging on lees. Never having seen even a hint of oak means the wine displays a pure and intense fresh and fruity nose, with notes of citrus, tropical fruit, herbs and pear, intermixed with flinty tones. On the palate, it is juicy and crisp. A lovely warm-weather white for seafood."
