" This Sauvignon Blanc comes from Las Paredes Estate situated in Las Paredes District, San Rafael, Mendoza, at 760m above sea level. Grapes are hand picked whole cluster pressed with about 40% barrel fermented (in French oak) and aged sur lies for six months. The remainder is cold fermented in stainless steel tanks. The emphasis is on complex fruit character with subtle nuances of vanilla and spice provided by the oak. The flavors are bright and fresh, and a refreshing crispness and clean lingering finish make this a wonderful aperitif or complement to lighter dishes."
