"Color: deep; Aromas: mineral, herbal, spicy, dried fruit; Sweetness: dry; Finish: persistent; decanted for only half an hour, developed more with every sip - needs at least 1 hour decant. strawberry, bittersweet chocolate, woody but not oaky, can taste the italian dirt - fairly well-balanced, a little hot. "
