"Color: deep; Aromas: mineral, black berry; Sweetness: dry; Finish: persistent; We were so happy that this wasn't over the hill. It was wonderful - this is why we age wines. A lot of Castoro wines, when young, are so tight bursting with unknown flavors and lots of tannin. But given some age (5+yrs) they are great - mellowed out nicely!! With lots of fruit remaining."
