"Color: bright; Nose: complex; Aromas: buttery, nutty, floral, citrus fruit; Acidity: lively; Sweetness: dry; Body: medium-bodied; Finish: persistent; Overall: well balanced; A well balanced Chardonnay from the Niagara Peninsula, Canada. Barrel fermentation and aging in french oak gives way to an intense creaminess, but equal amounts of grapefruit and lemon. Also hints of fresh flowers on the nose."
