"Color: deep; Nose: complex; Aromas: herbal; Acidity: crisp; Sweetness: dry; Body: full-bodied; Finish: very persistent; Overall: elegant; Super wine from an excellent vintage. The wine was still deep, garnet red, a classic cab with cassis, cedar box, chocolate, coffee in the nose; the acidity was firm and gave the wine perfect structure. We all enjoyed it immensely."
