"Jaffurs Wine Cellars and acclaimed landscape painter Hank Pitcher have again joined forces to offer South Swell Syrah. This wine fuses Craig’s and Hank’s mutual love for the ocean, wine, and surfing. It is the best two barrels from our Larner Vineyard Syrah lot and is the only wine we make exclusively from new French ENTAV syrah clones. This means the wine has a more spice driven focus. Married with the sand and limestone vineyard site, this give the wine a character reminiscent of the great Northern Rhone syrahs. A special label features Hank’s painting of Coho Point during a perfect summer surfing afternoon. (only 48 cases – very limited)"
