"Nose: rose petals and raspberries. Palate shows lovely complexity with a lot of depth. Only off putting note is a punctuation of extreme sweetness. Fortunately, there is some stem inclusion (my guess) that offsets this a bit because there isn't much acidity left in this bottle. The finish is fun, with a nice interplay of spice and fruit notes that linger on. Better enjoyed without food"
