4 stars "Color: deep; Nose: complex; Aromas: black berry; Acidity: crisp; Sweetness: medium dry; Body: full-bodied; Finish: very persistent; Overall: well balanced; Muy buen SHIRAZ. Comparado con el SALTEAM de BAROSSA nos pareció algo inferior. El Saltram era más intenso con fuerte a sabor a pimienta" Best 2011-

92 points "Jeremy Oliver 92 points! “Bright, peppery aromas of ripe blackcurrant and dark plum-like fruit and polished oak overlie nuances of black pepper and earthy, charcuterie-like complexity. Medium to full in weight, it’s soft and richly flavoured, delivering wild berry/plum fruit that just borders jamminess but which slowly opens up and becomes substantially more structured and savoury. Tightly knit with restrained vanilla/dark chocolate oak, it is supported by carefully constructed firm and fine-grained tannins. ” Jeremy Oliver March 2007 "

94 points "The nose is youthful and exuberant with wafts of black pepper, black olive and liquorice There are background savoury charcuterie notes, and a modicum of cedary oak is just detectable. Youthful and lively, the wine shows dark fruits and menthol flavours with an excellent, rich mid palate. Tingling (natural) acidity coupled with stylish oak and prominent tannins offers grip, tightness and definition. While this wine needs time, it is certainly appealing and of interest in youth. Monitor the evolution." Best 2010-2015
