" This is located next to Vosne Romanée, and just below Nuits-St-Georges "Boudot" 1er Cru. When pruned to extremely low yields, as Jean Tardy does, this vineyard is a real sleeper. The 2001 is lighter in color, with pretty oak notes on the nose, nice length, and very good material. Unfortunately, it had been very recently bottled when I tasted it, and hard to evaluate fully at that time. (Keith Wollenberg, K&L Bugundy Buyer)"Good colour. Nice and fresh. Again juicy and oaky, like all of his wines. Quite rich. Medium to medium-full body. Attractive. Long. Very good plus." (Clive Coates, The Vine)"
