"Color: deep; Aromas: spicy; Sweetness: dry; Finish: medium; Not sure if it was the acidity or tannins that made it seem unbalanced. It tasted great with the dinner but by itself it wasn't enjoyable. 2nd day was softer and improved the balance. Typical Shiraz spicy notes of cummin and pepper."
